Installation Requirements
Select windward direction to generate foam, and linear proportioner is recommended. Start with air supply before water supply.
Scope of Application
It is fixed on the upper wall of oil tank, and forms a fixed or semi-fixed medium expansion foam extinguishing system by combining water sources and power sources such as fire pumps (or fire engines), foam water tanks, etc., which is especially suitable for commercial large, medium and small oil depots.
Product Introduction
PZ Series Medium Expansion Foam Generator in PZ series is a fixed foam generator and ejection device used for surface injection foam extinguishing system. It is fixed to the side of storage tanks that contains combustible and flammable liquid, and injects medium expansion air foam that is 30-40 multiple of the foam solution volume into the tank to extinguish fire. It matches with the fire fighting pump group, air foam proportioner or foam fire engine, as well as pipeline system to form into fixed or partially fixed medium expansion fire extinguishing system.
The medium expansion foam generator has strong adaptability to foam solution, and can be used in conjunction with high expansion, medium expansion and low expansion foam solution. The generated foam expansion is within the range of 20~40 times, with strong fire extinguishing ability and favorable effects.
The medium expansion foam generator uses high expansion foam fire agent, which has strong mobility, no toxic foam and no pollution. Besides diesel and gasoline, it can also effectively extinguish aqueous liquid fire of alcohol, ether and benzene. And after the fire is extinguished, the raw materials are not damaged. Medium expansion foam agent can also be used. In addition, this type of foam generator generates foam to extinguish fire as normal even after the top of the storage tank is torn apart, which makes it safe and reliable.
